The First Academy Eagles basketball squad (Leesburg, FL), was nudged 72-70 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Taylor Wildcats (Pierson, FL)

With the victory, Taylor advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to International Community (Winter Park, FL) to meet the Comets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 2. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the St. John Lutheran Saints (Ocala, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 20. First Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
