Mississippi High School Basketball - Yazoo City knocks off Forest Hill
November 18, 2025: Yazoo City, MS 39194 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Yazoo City Indians basketball team scored a good 71-52 win over the Forest Hill Patriots.
The Indians (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Humphreys County (Belzoni, MS). The Cowboys enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Humphreys County notched a victory over Simmons (Hollandale, MS), 43-39, in a non-league match.
The Patriots now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vicksburg for a non-league match on Thursday, November 20. Forest Hill will face a Gators squad coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS). The Gators record now stands at 2-1.
