The Taft Raiders were victorious over the host Jay Mustangs basketball team by a tally of 73-57 in Tuesday's non-league game.

The Raiders now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Haltom for a non-league game on Thursday, November 20. Taft will confront a Buffalos team coming off a 54-51 non-league win over Granbury (Granbury, TX). The Buffalos record now stands at 1-0.

The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Rudder (Bryan, TX). The Rangers come into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Rudder was defeated by Northbrook (Houston, TX), 49-40, in a non-league outing.
