The New Covenant Gryphons basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Kenston Forest Kavaliers to 23 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gryphons now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Roanoke Valley Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, November 20. New Covenant will play a EAGLES team coming off a 54-43 non-league loss to Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The EAGLES record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Kenston Forest falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Kavaliers host Isle of Wight Academy (Isle of Wight, VA) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 2. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 0-2.
