The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lamar Consolidated Mustangs (Rosenberg, TX) and the host Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX), observed Lamar Consolidated's basketball team overwhelm Spring Woods by a score of 65-40.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Almeta Crawford (Rosharon, TX). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Almeta Crawford trounced Alief Hastings (Houston, TX), 62-43, in a non-league battle.
