In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Big Spring Steers basketball squad scored a nice 65-45 victory over the Kermit Yellow Jackets.

With the victory, Big Spring upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Steers travel to Midland (Midland, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, November 21. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 4-4. Midland won 84-20 in their recent non-league match against Lake View (San Angelo, TX)

The Yellow Jackets now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Monahans for a non-league game on Friday, November 21. Kermit will confront a Loboes team coming off a 58-47 non-league win over McCamey (McCamey, TX). The Loboes record now stands at 2-1.
