The Pearland Oilers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Clear Brook Wolverines to 23 in the Oilers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Oilers now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Clark for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 20. Pearland will face a Cougars squad coming off a 69-50 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.

The Wolverines (0-6) will now prepare for their game against South Houston (South Houston, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 3-3 record.
