Texas High School Basketball - Cleburne tops Sanger
November 19, 2021: Sanger, TX 76266 Cleburne Yellowjackets (Cleburne, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX), 56-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cleburne upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Burleson (Burleson, TX) to play the Elks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 23. The Elks come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Indians play the Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 22. Sanger will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 68-53 non-league loss to Farmersville (Farmersville, TX).
