Texas High School Basketball - Somerset crushes Medina Valley

Somerset Bulldogs (Somerset, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX), 81-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Somerset upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Crystal City (Crystal City, TX) to play the Javelinas in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 23. The Javelinas come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Crystal City won 66-54 in their recent non-league bout against Lytle (Lytle, TX)

Next up, the Panthers play the Boerne Greyhounds (Boerne, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 22. Medina Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 41-40 non-league win over Lanier (San Antonio, TX).
