Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Big Sandy Red Devils (Big Sandy, TN), 63-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Obion County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rebels host South Gibson (Medina, TN) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Clarksburg Rockets (Clarksburg, TN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Big Sandy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
