California High School Basketball - Mayfair can't hold off Crespi
November 19, 2022: Lakewood, CA 90713 The Crespi Celts basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Mayfair Monsoons to 50 in the Celts non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Celts now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Camino Real for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Crespi will battle a Royals team coming off a 68-57 non-league loss to Shalhevet (Los Angeles, CA). The Royals record now stands at 0-1.
The Monsoons (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School (Temecula, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School was nudged by Linfield Christian (Temecula, CA), 101-13, in a non-league contest.
