Georgia High School Basketball - Etowah ripped by Wheeler
November 19, 2022: Marietta, GA 30068 The Wheeler Wildcats basketball team scored 76 points and held the visiting Etowah Eagles to 52 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Gwinnett for a non-league contest on Monday, November 21. Wheeler will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 70-48 non-league loss to Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grayson (Loganville, GA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Grayson was routed by Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA), 70-67, in a non-league contest.
