Texas High School Basketball - Red Oak knocked off by Guyer
November 19, 2022: Denton, TX 76210 The Guyer Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Red Oak Hawks to 51 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harvard-Westlake for a non-league contest on Friday, November 25. Guyer will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 71-38 non-league win over Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-0.
The Hawks (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hillcrest (Dallas, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Hillcrest was outscored by Rock Hill (Frisco, TX), 58-46, in a non-league contest.
