Illinois High School Basketball - Calvary Christian Academy tops Blue Ridge
November 19, 2022: Farmer City, IL 61842 Calvary Christian Academy Knights (Normal, IL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL), 36-21 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Calvary Christian Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Knights host Decatur Lutheran (Decatur, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Decatur Lutheran won 39-33 in their recent non-league bout against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL)
Next up, the Knights play the Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes (Georgetown, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Blue Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 46-12 non-league win over Heritage (Broadlands, IL).
