November 19, 2022: Midland, LA 70559 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Midland Rebels (Midland, LA) and the visiting Bunkie Panthers (Bunkie, LA), saw Midland's basketball squad wallop Bunkie by a tally of 59-35.
With the victory, Midland advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Rebels host Oak Hill (Hineston, LA) to encounter the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, December 5. The Rams go into the test with a record of 10-2.
The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Oakdale for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 29. Bunkie will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 54-27 non-league win over Ville Platte (Ville Platte, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
