Cypress Creek Cougars (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX), 55-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cypress Creek upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Langham Creek (Houston, TX) to play the Lobos in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Langham Creek lost 63-57 in their recent non-league bout against Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX)

Next up, the Timberwolves play the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 23. Cedar Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Redhawks go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 31-28 non-league win over Huntsville (Huntsville, TX).
