Texas High School Basketball - Lake Ridge tops Memorial
November 19, 2022: Houston, TX 77024 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) and the host Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX), saw Lake Ridge's basketball squad knock off Memorial by a count of 80-69.
With the victory, Lake Ridge upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Bowie (Arlington, TX) to play the Volunteers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 26. The Volunteers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Bowie won 41-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX)
Next up, the Mustangs play the The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 22. Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 55-45 non-league loss to Katy (Katy, TX).
