Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA), 68-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pope upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Brookwood (Snellville, GA) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Brookwood won 54-51 in their recent non-league bout against Lovejoy (Lovejoy, GA)

Next up, the Generals play the Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Shiloh will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 60-18 non-league win over Berkmar (Lilburn, GA).
