Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host San Marcos Rattlers (San Marcos, TX), 70-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Saginaw upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Rough Riders travel to Richland (North Richland Hills, TX) to play the Royals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Royals come into the bout with a record of 0-4. Richland lost 32-30 in their recent non-league bout against Granbury (Granbury, TX)

Next up, the Rattlers play the Round Rock Westwood Warriors (Austin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. San Marcos will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 55-44 non-league win over Hutto (Hutto, TX).
