Texas High School Basketball - IDEA Bluff Springs can't hold off Meridian
November 19, 2024: Round Rock, TX Meridian Lions (Round Rock, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting IDEA Bluff Springs Bats (Austin, TX), 64-57 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Meridian advances its record to 2-3 on the year. The Lions travel to Valor North Austin (Austin, TX) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Wednesday, November 20. The Lions enter the match with a record of 0-2. Valor North Austin lost 62-16 in their recent non-league match against Valor South Austin (Austin, TX)
The Bats now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithville for a non-league match on Friday, January 3.
