Oklahoma High School Basketball - Vanoss holds off Kiowa
November 19, 2024: Kiowa, OK 74553 The Vanoss Wolves basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Kiowa Cowboys to 55 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Latta for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Vanoss will confront a Panthers team coming off a 47-44 non-league win over Calera (Calera, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Kiowa falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Tushka (Atoka, OK) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, November 21. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-4. Tushka lost 83-29 in their recent non-league game against Wright City (Wright City, OK)
