In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Pioneer Diamondbacks basketball team scored a close 45-42 win over the Roma Gladiators.

The Diamondbacks (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against LEE (San Antonio, TX). The Volunteers come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, LEE edged San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX), 44-22, in a non-league contest.
