Arkansas High School Basketball - De Queen overwhelms Horatio
November 19, 2024: De Queen, AR 71832 The De Queen Leopards basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Horatio Lions to 19 in the Leopards non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Leopards now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeside for a non-league game on Thursday, November 21. De Queen will confront a Rams team coming off a 70-62 non-league win over Arkadelphia (Arkadelphia, AR). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Horatio falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR) to confront the Dragons in a non-league game on Thursday, November 21.
