Texas High School Basketball - Stanton can't get by Greenwood
November 19, 2024: Midland, TX 79706 Greenwood Rangers (Midland, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX), 50-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Greenwood advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Rangers travel to Lindsay (Lindsay, TX) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Friday, November 22. The Knights enter the match with a record of 2-1.
The Buffaloes now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canadian for a non-league match on Thursday, November 21. Stanton will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-32 non-league win over Perryton (Perryton, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
