Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles (Jacksonville, FL) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Bishop Snyder Cardinals (Jacksonville, FL), 53-48 in a non-league contest.

The Golden Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against ED White (Jacksonville, FL). The Commanders go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, ED White nipped St. Augustine (St. Augustine, FL), 59-20, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Fort White Indians (Fort White, FL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 22. Bishop Snyder will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
