The Hurricanes (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA). The enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Jefferson RISE Charter was nudged by West St. John (Edgard, LA), 47-6, in a non-league battle.

Cabrini will meet a Penguins squad coming off a 25-15 non-league loss to St. Mary's Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Penguins record now stands at 0-1.
