The Southwest EC Eagles bounced the visiting Mountain Empire Redhawks basketball squad by a final score of 53-6 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Brawley Wildcats (Brawley, CA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 1. Southwest EC will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 39-33 non-league loss to Indio (Indio, CA).

With the loss, Mountain Empire falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to Calexico Mission (Calexico, CA) to play the RoadRunners in a non-league bout on Monday, December 1. The RoadRunners go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Calexico Mission lost 31-15 in their recent non-league test against School for Entrepreneurship & Technology (San Diego, CA)
