In Wednesday's non-league test, the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) basketball team edged the visiting Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC), by a tally of 58-51.

The Capitals now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Greensboro Day School for a non-league bout on Monday, December 1.
