November 2, 2022: West Monroe, LA 71292 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA) and the host West Ouachita Chiefs (West Monroe, LA), saw Academy of Our Lady's volleyball squad beat West Ouachita by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Academy of Our Lady upgrades its record to 2-5 on the year. The Penguins travel to McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA) to play the Roneagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 5. The Roneagles go into the bout with a record of 2-3. McDonogh 35 won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against North Vermilion (Maurice, LA)
The Chiefs now own a 4-8 record.
