Central Regional Golden Eagles (Bayville, NJ) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Golden Eagles confront the Kingsway Dragons (Woolwich Township, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 6. Central Regional will attempt to better on its 14-0 season record. The Dragons enter the challenge with a 17-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ).
