Lincoln Lions (San Jose, CA) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the host Palma Chieftains (Salinas, CA), 34-18 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Lincoln advances its record to 19-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Willow Glen (San Jose, CA) to play the Rams in a battle on Tuesday, November 5. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 8-9. Willow Glen won 22-7 in their recent league battle against Independence (San Jose, CA)

The Chieftains now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop Riordan for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 2. Palma will play a Crusaders team coming off a 54-35 league win over King's Academy (Sunnyvale, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 17-2.
