The Catawba Ridge Copperheads basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Camden Bulldogs to 29 in the Copperheads non-league triumph on Monday.

The Copperheads now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marvin Ridge for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Catawba Ridge will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 61-57 non-league win over Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-0.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lee Central (Bishopville, SC). The Stallions enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lee Central was routed by Darlington (Darlington, SC), 81-48, in a non-league contest.
