Arkansas High School Basketball - West Side fells Heber Springs
November 20, 2023: Greers Ferry, AR 72067 West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Heber Springs Panthers (Heber Springs, AR), 61-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Side upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Shirley (Shirley, AR) to clash with the Blue Devils in a 1A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Rural Special Rebels (Fox, AR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Heber Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 57-38 league win over Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR).
