November 20, 2023: Fort Worth, TX 76133 In Monday's non-league outing, the Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Killeen Kangaroos (Killeen, TX), by a count of 54-48.
With the victory, Southwest upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Seguin (Arlington, TX) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 21. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Seguin lost 65-56 in their recent non-league challenge against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)
Next up, the Kangaroos play the Mexia Black Cats (Mexia, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 28. Killeen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Black Cats come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 100-59 non-league win over Kemp (Kemp, TX).
