In Monday's non-league match, the host Montgomery Bears basketball team scored a tight 55-49 triumph over the Klein Bearkats.

With the victory, Montgomery upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Cleveland (Cleveland, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 28. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 0-4.
