November 20, 2023: Carriere, MS 39426 The St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) basketball knocked off the host Pearl River Central Blue Devils (Carriere, MS), 45-26 in Monday's non-league test.
The Fighting Irish (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Aggies go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Forrest County Agricultural notched a victory over Perry Central (New Augusta, MS), 50-21, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Our Lady Academy for a non-league test on Monday, November 27. Pearl River Central will encounter a Crescents squad coming off a 42-28 non-league loss to Stone (Wiggins, MS). The Crescents record now stands at 1-3.
