The Burroughs Bears basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Northridge Academy Pumas to 39 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bears now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Canoga Park for a non-league game on Friday, November 22. Burroughs will confront a Hunters team coming off a 80-52 non-league loss to Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA). The Hunters record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Northridge Academy falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pumas travel to Castaic (Castaic, CA) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league game on Saturday, November 23.
