The Union Cougars basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Carbon Dinos to 62 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cougars now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Duchesne for a non-league game on Friday, December 6.

With the loss, Carbon falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Dinos host South Summit (Kamas, UT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, November 22. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 1-0. South Summit won 57-36 in their recent non-league game against Emery (Castle Dale, UT)
