The Gray Stone Day Knights basketball squad (Misenheimer, NC), was crushed 63-8 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC)

With the victory, Mountain Island Charter advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Raptors travel to Carolina International (Concord, NC) to meet the Comets in a non-league battle on Friday, November 22. The Comets enter the battle with a record of 1-1. Carolina International won 37-31 in their recent non-league battle against SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC)

The Knights now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 26.
