The Hudson Cobras basketball squad (Hudson, FL), was nudged 88-85 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL)

With the victory, River Ridge advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Royal Knights host Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL) to meet the Hurricanes in a non-league battle on Friday, November 21. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Palm Harbor University lost 53-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL)

In their next game, the Cobras battle the Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL) in a 4A District 9 challenge, on Monday, December 1. Hudson will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
