The New Hope Trojans basketball squad (Columbus, MS), was nudged 65-58 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Itawamba Agricultural Indians (Fulton, MS)

With the victory, Itawamba Agricultural improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Indians travel to Jasper (Jasper, AL) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 22. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Jasper won 72-65 in their recent non-league challenge against Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL)

Next up, the Trojans meet the Booneville Blue Devils (Booneville, MS) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 2. New Hope will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
