California High School Basketball - Mission Viejo sneaks past Serra
November 20, 2025: Mission Viejo, CA 92691 The Mission Viejo Diablos (Mission Viejo, CA) basketball edged the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 81-80 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Diablos (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Gahr edged Western Christian (Upland, CA), 76-21, in a non-league challenge.
Next up, the Cavaliers meet the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, November 24. Serra will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Highlanders enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 64-50 non-league loss to Westlake (Westlake Village, CA).
