The Springtown Porcupines basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Southwest Raiders to 17 in the Porcupines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Porcupines now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Itasca for a non-league game on Friday, November 21. Springtown will play a Wampus Cats team coming off a 52-30 non-league loss to Buffalo (Buffalo, TX). The Wampus Cats record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Southwest moves to 2-7 on the season. The Raiders travel to Aubrey (Aubrey, TX) to clash with the Chaparrals in a non-league test on Thursday, November 20. The Chaparrals come into the test with a record of 0-3. Aubrey lost 51-34 in their recent non-league test against Ponder (Ponder, TX)
