Texas High School Basketball - Milford tops Axtell
November 21, 2022: Milford, TX 76670 Milford Bulldogs (Milford, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Axtell Longhorns (Axtell, TX), 68-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Milford upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Azle Christian (Azle, TX) to play the Fighting Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, November 25. The Fighting Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Azle Christian lost 60-23 in their recent non-league bout against Community Christian (Mineral Wells, TX)
Next up, the Longhorns play the Frost Polar Bears (Frost, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Axtell will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Polar Bears come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 59-44 non-league loss to Hubbard (Hubbard, TX).
