Texas High School Basketball - Pearce knocked off by Azle
November 21, 2022: Azle, TX 76020 The Azle Hornets basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Pearce Mustangs to 66 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Monday.
The Hornets now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paschal for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Azle will meet a Panthers team coming off a 64-49 non-league loss to Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-2.
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Austin (El Paso, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record.
