November 21, 2022: Celeste, TX 75423 Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Celeste Blue Devils (Celeste, TX), 56-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Como-Pickton upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 22. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Lone Oak lost 75-70 in their recent non-league bout against Campbell (Campbell, TX)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Boles Hornets (Quinlan, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Celeste will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 91-11 non-league win over Christian Home Educators (Sulphur Springs, TX).
