Interlachen Rams (Interlachen, FL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL), 62-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Interlachen upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rams host Keystone Heights (Keystone Heights, FL) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 29. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Mandarin Mustangs (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 22. Matanzas will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 87-69 non-league win over Stanton (Jacksonville, FL).
