California High School Basketball - Torres overwhelmed by Muir
November 21, 2022: Pasadena, CA 91103 The Muir Mustangs basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Torres Toros to 37 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Monday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Muir will battle a Rough Riders team coming off a 49-39 non-league loss to Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Rough Riders record now stands at 0-2.
The Toros (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Duarte (Duarte, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Duarte was routed by Maranatha (Pasadena, CA), 45-25, in a non-league contest.
