Alabama High School Basketball - Davidson topped by Athens
November 21, 2023: Mobile, AL 36609 The Athens Golden Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Davidson Warriors to 46 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Morgan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5.
The Warriors (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Theodore (Theodore, AL). The Bobcats come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Theodore prevailed over Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL), 59-38, in a non-league contest.
