East River Falcons (Orlando, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Merritt Island Mustangs (Merritt Island, FL), 60-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East River upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons travel to Trinity Prep (Winter Park, FL) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Friday, November 24. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Trinity Prep lost 78-41 in their recent non-league bout against Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Titusville Terriers (Titusville, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 28. Merritt Island will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
